Shipping and Delivery

Miss Can Goes Global, Lda, owner of the miss-can.com website uses one of the best distribution processes so that your order arrives in the best conditions at your address.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All products are shipped directly from our headquarters.

Orders are processed on weekdays but not on weekends or holidays.

We try to ship orders on the same day they are received, but in some cases, it may take up to 3 business days for orders to be shipped.

After shipping is confirmed by the carrier, internacional orders should be received within 7 business days. However, weather, product availability and other extraordinary circumstances may cause delays.

We deliver only to the address provided.

Shipments for redirect, incorrect or incomplete addresses may take longer to complete.

If a costumer choses to redirect an order to an alternate address it may increase the delivery times.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING COSTS

Delivery fees are calculated by order weight and based on the total order cost. You will be able to review this costs before you completing your purchase.

WARRANTIES

Miss Can Goes Global, Lda is proud to have quality products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, request a replacement or refund, with the exceptions listed below:

We accept product returns within 3 working days after delivery.

We can replace a product or refund you for a new purchase as long as the product is returned.

For returns, properly pack the order and send it to the following address: Miss Can Goes Global, Lda, Largo do Contador-Mor, nº 19, 1100-160 LISBON, PORTUGAL

Shipping costs are not refundable.

FEES

All taxes and fees associated with products and transportation are included in the final amount presented at the time of purchase. Excluded from this calculation are the customs fees payable in countries inside and outside the European Union.

RECEPTION ADDRESSES

Check all addresses provided carefully. Miss Can Goes Global, Lda guarantees delivery only to the addresses provided.

If the order is not received, we will contact you using the given phone number and / or email address. If it is not possible to contact you, the order will be returned to Miss Can Goes Global, Lda headquarters.
