SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All products are shipped directly from our headquarters.
Orders are processed on weekdays and are not sent on Saturdays and Sundays.
We do everything possible to ship orders on the same day they are requested (after order validation and respective proof of payment), but in some cases, it can take up to 7 business days to ship.
We guarantee delivery only to the address provided.
Shipments for redirect, incorrect or incomplete addresses can take longer in the delivery process.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or postal codes.
Orders placed until 3:00 pm on working days, can be shipped on the same day. However, delays may occur due to weather, stock availability or other circumstances. That is:
Under normal conditions, orders placed before 3 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched between 3/5 days.
Delivery service fees are calculated by shipping weight and are based on the total cost of your order and will be displayed when you purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, request a replacement or refund, with the exceptions listed below:
We accept product returns within 3 working days after delivery.
We can replace a product or refund you for a new purchase as long as the product is returned.

Shipping costs are not refundable.
All taxes and fees associated with products and transportation are included in the final amount presented at the time of purchase. Excluded from this calculation are the customs fees payable in countries inside and outside the European Union.

If the order is not received, we will contact you using the given phone number and / or email address. If it is not possible to contact you, the order will be returned to Miss Can Goes Global, Lda headquarters.
